Seneca Women collects Your username, email address, and contact preferences. This enables us to create your account, provide you with convenient and personalized access to your account, and deliver and support the Service. This information also helps us communicate with you about your use of the Service, product announcements, software updates and orders you have placed with Seneca Women, as well as respond to your requests for assistance (including providing account verification support if you’re having difficultly accessing your account).

Seneca Women stores your data on servers currently located in the United States, however, it has the ability to serve the data from a location closest to the user to enhance local performance, which may be outside the United States. If you are using Seneca Women from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the United States and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. Please be assured that we seek to take reasonable steps to ensure that your privacy is protected.

Seneca Women bears no liability in part or in while for any action or other consequence that may arise from or be occasioned by cyber-smearing and reserves the right to terminate any account that engages in cyber-smearing.
Seneca Women bears no obligations under the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and/or The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”) or similar statute in any jurisdiction. Any person who collects data from children or provides data relating to children bears sole responsibility to comply with the U.S. COPPA and/or FERPA.
Seneca Women is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We use industry standard practices such as Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL), to encrypt the information passed between your browser and our system to create a protected connection between you and the Seneca Women Service to ensure confidentiality. Nevertheless, Seneca Women bears no liability for any loss arising as a result of failure of security. You retain full responsibility to maintain the security of your account and information connected thereto.
